Some doctor's say that it's just temporary and can be fixed with surgeries and stuff, but everyone with Crohn's is different. For my family, it's genetic, and I don't have it too bad but my brother struggles bad. For the most part I am able to be healthy by watching diet, getting LOTS of sleep, and some meds. In college I swore by probiotics, specific VSL #3. It's pretty expensive, but it worked well for me especially through stressful testing times.Katie C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/06607804274610734011noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28350977.post-84454273812202997432009-09-30T18:35:04.807-05:002009-09-30T18:35:04.807-05:00Katie! My husband has it- Besides the surprises in the toilet and lots of stomach cramping after meals, his worst symptom is chronic fatigue. He's a lanscaper. It doesn't work well. We have tried all sorts of different things for it. The latest product that he swears by is a nutritional cleansing line called Isagenix. It makes a big difference...placebo effect or not. I think he's addicted.A. B. New, pulls from some of my favorite sites, so I know it's getting a good feed.

BYU Alumni Job Site - open to everyone (even if you've never taken a class at BYU or sister school), has jobs all across the country. http://alumni.byu.edu/career-services

Utah County Job Board - some employers still go the old fashioned way and post through a local county job board or newspaper. This is true anywhere in the nation, so it's always good to take a look at your local government job board (not the govt jobs, unless that's what floats your boat)
https://jobs.utah.gov/

I use Monster.com to look for my dream job description, but I've never applied on that site.

CareerBuilder.com sometimes has jobs that aren't pulled into Indeed.com. (But for the most part, indeed.com covers good ground).

Then of course, I find the companies I think I would like working for and go directly through those. There are networking tips for each site that can be helpful.

Long comment, sorry!Katie C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/06607804274610734011noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28350977.post-52394250251451243412009-09-28T01:19:31.756-05:002009-09-28T01:19:31.756-05:00What are your favorite job searching websites?
